Text to Ride

We are passionate about our guests having the best experience possible at our park. Which is why we developed our Text to Ride system. You simply text when you are ready to ride your favorite attraction and a park representative will be on their way to help. This allows us to accommodate all of our guests needs while working with limited staffing.

Accessibility

Adventure Park USA FAQs

What ages can ride or play Attractions?

We abide by certain height, weight, and age restrictions for the safety of our adventurers. These restrictions vary by attraction.

What are the Best Days to Visit?

Adventure Park USA is open year round for your enjoyment. For less crowded days during our summer season, try visiting on a Monday or after 2pm on weekdays to enjoy the park. Remember, some attractions are only open seasonally.

Should we bring Sun Protection?

We recommend wearing sunscreen and packing extra, even on cloudy days. Wearing a hat and light-colored clothing will also help protect you from dangerous sun rays. Remember to drink plenty of fluids on hot days, and come inside to our air conditioned attractions if the heat gets unbearable!

Can We Bring Our Own Food?

Sorry, no food or drink is allowed in the park with the exception of birthday cakes with a birthday party reservation. Our Whistle Stop Smokehouse and Saloon has a delicious variety of food and meals to nourish your whole family.

What if it Rains?

Adverse weather conditions such as rain, high winds, or storms may affect the operation of outside attractions. Go Karts, Miniature Golf, Carousel, and the Roller Coasters are all open seasonally weather permitting. No refunds or rain checks are offered for inclement weather.

Park Policies

Because Adventure Park USA is a family entertainment center, we expect guests to behave so everyone present is able to have indoor and outdoor family fun.
Violating park policies may be cause for ejection from the park without refund.

Behavior

We expect all guests to behave in a family friendly manner. Line jumping, profanity, and unruly behavior are offensive to park guests and may be cause for ejection without refund. Guests are not permitted to save places in line, bypass others in line, or exit the line and return to the same place for any reason. Guests exiting a line must go to the back of the line if they choose to return.

Minors

Minors must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian at all times. Limit 6 minors per adult/legal guardian. No drop offs.

Food & Drink

No outside food, drink, or coolers are permitted in the park. Cakes, gifts, and balloons are permitted with a pre-booked party only. Our Whistle Stop Smokehouse and Saloon has a delicious variety of food for all guests.

Alcohol

Adventure Park USA’s Whistle Stop offers alcoholic beverages for patrons over 21 years old and older with valid ID. Adventure Park USA reserves the right to refuse service at any time to any patron.

Smoking

Adventure Park USA is a smoke and vape free park.

Dress Code

In keeping with our family friendly atmosphere, Adventure Park USA strictly enforces a dress code. Please wear clothing meant for running around and experiencing all of our attractions. Sneakers should be worn.

Adventure Park USA reserves the right to modify the dress code guidelines for any reason. The following dress code is enforced:

Persons wearing torn or soiled clothing will be admitted at the discretion of management
No hats, clothing, jewelry, or visible tattoos with profanity or objectionable art.

Sunglasses may not be worn inside the building
No over-sized chains or pendants
No undergarments are to be visible and swim suits are not allowed
NO OPEN-CARRY of firearms permitted except by sworn law enforcement personnel

Photography

By entering the park, guests grant Adventure Park USA the right to film, video, record or photograph them on park property for any reason without payment or consideration. Adventure Park USA requests that all photographs or video by our guests be used for their personal use and enjoyment only. Any use, reuse or reproduction for commercial purposes without the express written consent of Adventure Park USA is strictly prohibited. Adventure Park USA reserves the right to refuse to allow photography of any kind as necessary. No commercial photography of any kind is permitted. Specifically, the use of the following equipment is not permitted:

GoPro cameras
Lenses greater than three-and-one-half inches in length
Interchangeable lenses of any kind
Any camera mounted to a vehicle, drone, cart, scooter, or other moving object
No cameras (video, still, cell-phone, smart phones, etc) are allowed on any rides at all times, No exceptions

Adverse Weather Conditions

Adverse weather conditions such as rain, high winds, or storms may affect the operation of outside attractions. As soon as conditions permit safe operation, these attractions will re-open. No refunds or rain checks are offered for inclement weather, however whenever possible indoor attractions will be available to keep the family fun going inside!
